I read that part and was sold. &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I was just curious about the 6oz of chocolate--I'm an inexperienced baker, but it seemed like a fairly small amount. My taste in chocolate runs toward deep and dark. Do you think adding a bit of cocoa powder to the recipe would be overkill?  &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;By the way, Lynn's making your pretty black-eyed pea cake and I'm going to get to try it tomorrow. Can't wait!</description>
