Cybele, thanks! Glad you enjoyed the reviews. You actually gave me enough nerve to go to the food show. I didn't think I'd be qualified, but after I read your coverage of the Candy Expo, I realized that bloggers are considered press!

David, oh yeah, looking back I realize it was a lot of chocolate, and I didn't even write about everything I tasted. At least when the Chocolate Show comes, I'll have less booths to worry about. I also tried the Domori chocolate on your recommendation. I didn't get to my sample until now, but WOW, it is miraculously good. How can it be so smooth and tasty without vanilla or soy lecithin? I might have to review it in an addendum.

Wow! That was certainly a lot of chocolate. I love Dagoba and think their chocolate is great, organic or not. I even like their milk chocolates, and I'm not a milk chocolate lover. I told them they should make a 'chai' mix from their chai-flavored milk chocolate.

The Blanxart chocolate makes good hot chocolate, though, (which I'm sure you're dying for in the middle of summer)...and that Valhrona Manjari is interesting chocolate-when you melt it, it's red!

Thank you! Thank you!

The best write up for me to read in this incessant heat!

I haven't tried the Dagoba chocolate covered nibs, but I have a bag of the plain ones here that I keep trying to figure out what to do with.
