		<description>Oh my god, a pound of chocolate a day? Even I can't do that. I guess that's a good thing. 

John Scharffenberger said the same thing at a chocolate course he taught once. He gave the example that chocolate from the Ivory Coast tastes metallic because they roast it on the tin roofs (away from the fighting below). Who knows if it's true, but I do think different regions produce different products. It's only natural.</description>
