Still gone

In case you were wondering, I’m still between housing (and a kitchen and a personal computer). Sorry I haven’t been able to bake anything good!

    Hi ,I am Sweatha of tastycurryleaf blog,I saw ur post on 100% whole wheat no knead bread and I am a bit confused,is gluten necessary for all whole wheat items-bagels,pretzels etc? What exactly does this gluten do and is it necessary for small breads like pretzels and bagels?I did make bagels with homemade wheat gluten,but I am a bit confused.Sorry if I am troubling u.
