Hey there! Oops, actually 100% dark chocolate would be a bit strong for me. I am more of a 60-75 % kinda girl ! And always love my dark chocolate with a little hint of salt. My 100% in the comment above was actually meant to be absolutely without a doubt dark, instead of milk. haha! But I do love Pralus, one of my favorite go-to chocolates for a long time now. And ironically enough, his Melissa bar is the only milk chocolate I actually really enjoy. But I might have to try the 100% dark, I’m always curious about new bars and love to taste them all… Thanks for the reply.

Kerrin, I thought I was the only one who liked 100% chocolate. Have you had Pralus’? It’s refreshing and not bitter at all.

Too late for the contest, but the Amano bars sound great – really interesting tasting notes for sure. I have yet to taste this chocolate, hope to one day soon for sure. Oh, and as for craving chocolate, that would be dark chocolate for me, 100%. But perhaps that will change once I’ve tasted the dark milk !

dark definitely. goes well with wine.
